New activity for IRB - IRB Withdraw Study. This is an utility activity that allows the IRB to withdraw studies that have been abandoned prior to approval
Question 6c.3 (communication between sites) has been reintroduced for studies where the coordinating center is USC or CHLA
Studies that fall under the flexibility policy can now be approved for three years
Emergency Use applications now go into the agenda as their own agenda item type (resolving a number of issues with the prior method)
Email templates for Emergency Use have been updated
Return to pre-submission activity restores original APP number to the study
Email designation for Emergency Use changes to urgentEUA@usc.edu to distinguish that email from other iStar email notifications
Summary section of the Emergency Use application now has warning that use of the test article must be reported within 5 working days of use
Emergency Use now has a "remove from agenda" action so that it can be moved to another agenda if need be
Exempt studies and NHSR applications can now be found under the "IRB Studies" tab on the PI&Staff template.
