  • IRB Changes
    • Close Study Activity Expanded to include all review types. Will determine whether study can be simply closed, whether a continuing review closure needs to be submitted, or whether some study activity must be completed prior to closure.
    • Continuing Review formset abbreviated for study closures (no need for pages 7-11 inclusive)
    • IRB Studies page reworked to include Approval and expiration date columns, Columns for Campus, IRB, and modification date have been removed
    • New type of reportable event, a "Consent Check" has been created to enable the IRB to ask designated studies to upload the consent documents they are using. The intent is to ensure that the correct consents are being used by discovering issues early.
       
  • IACUC Changes
    • Monitoring yes/no plus description added to committee member reviews
    • graphical indicator of reviewer assignments and reviews submitted on committee member page
       
  • IBC Changes
    • Updated NIH Section III Checklist
    • Add question about "Clinical Trial" in 1.3.1.
    • Added Common Chemical List to 1.5.1. with show/hide button
    • Removed "replication Potential" from Bacterial Vector popup
    • Added links to external resources on various pages
    • Updated "Risk Group" throughout the application for consistency
    • Added new questions related to radiation safety
    • Shorten the list of species
    • Updated logic for Primary Material in 10.1.4. and add additional fields
    • Moved Safety Practices (Engineering, Control, Admin, Work Practice PPE) into page 12 main area
    • Reworked various show/hide display through entire application
    • Added acticity to "Re-Issue Approval Letter", "Adjust Approval Expiration Date", and "Reassign Reviewers"
    • Completed Meeting Agenda and Minutes display
    • State Transition changes to meet current business process
       
  • RSC Changes
    • Reworked formsets for different types of submissions
