IRB Changes
- Exempt state created for exempt studies - all approved exempt studies to show up there
- Reworked IRB Studies page back to project listing components (increased speed and flexibility under 6.0.1)
- Activity Icons altered to be consistent throughout project types
- Reportable Events for CHLA will go to IRBA first instead of directly to reviewer
- Ceded Review Form: Selecting NCI CIRB at D1.1 will hide engagement questions (D1.3-D1.6)
- 24.3 (Informed Consent type) is now a required field on page 24
- NHSR applications able to be edited by NHSR Reviewers
- Fixed HUD approval email to send to all physicians listed

- Added additional AALAS courses used for Animal Training

- Updated Guidance to be page-specific instead of question-specific
