IRB Changes
- IRB Application form changes
  - Page 1: options for new studies edited to remove Facilitated and Collaborative options
  - Page 1: 1.1 selections other than research study show warning/information
  - Page 9: option to associate RSC applications to the study created
  - Page 9: SCRO warning shows when select stem cell research
  - Page 9: show/hide code reworked
  - Page 14: option to associate IBC applications to the study created
  - Page 17: questions 17.2 and 17.3 have changed position to make consistent with page 18
  - Page 18.1: device pop up page code rewritten
- CHLA name of IRB changed from CCI to CHLA IRB
- CHLA Studies prefix changed from CCI to CHLA
- CHLA message templates altered
- CITI integration architecture completed
- Studies for CHLA that are Exempt category 4 and are located only at CHLA will not have to complete the HIPAA section
- HUD - bug that prevented submission of reportable events fixed
- Form pages for CR and review of CR updated to display the checkbox fields from study form
- hide/show bug on close study activity fixed
- Guidance links were removed from application pages
- Send agenda on meeting can be constrained to attendees
- Copy study activity altered to not copy over COI or CTO data, not keep IBC or RSC connections
- Only the PI can submit changes after a faculty advisor requests changes
- Modified the IRB Studies project list to include active NHSR applications
- Added a new HSC IRB message template to the "Request More Information" activity for NHSR submissions
IACUC Changes
- IBC and RSC related applications available to be added on the documents page
- Updated certification graphic to "OHS" instead of "A3"
- Modified "IACUC Changes Required by Pre-Review Committee" activity to remove first paragraph of the auto populated email text
- Fixed bug for Renewals when users select "Continuation without Changes"
- Minor textual changes to a number of questions on the application form
- Monitoring functionality enhanced (interim state - not yet complete)
- IACUC certifications are able to have an expiration date, if needed
- Copy protocol activity altered to not keep IBC and RSC actions or connections, remove all reviewers and reviews
IBC Changes
- Amendments and Renewals functionality competed
- Separated out IACUC protocols, IRB Studies and SCRO Approvals from Funding
- Added basic notification to inform PI when a BUA is suspended
- Modifed IBC homepage text and added link to IBC iStar PI Reference Guide
- Added validation to check for e-signatures when the PI submits application, renewal or amendment
- Added Animal Biosafety Level to Animal Administration popup
- Added Manipulations checklist (with "Other" textbox) to Human or Animal Cell Lines, Vector, and Host/Vector/Gene popups
- Fixed permission issue with Site Manager Log
- Added PI email and phone number to the summary information box under the PI name
- Resolved bug and modified wording in question 3 of the Genetic Inserts popup
RSC Changes
- Amendments and Renewals functionality competed
- Added form fields for Suspend, Return to Pre-Submission, and Withdraw activity
- Added missing fields in the summary information box
- Added graphic for "View Differences"
- Fixed permission issue with Site Manager Log
- Fixed bug with the "Approved" and "Archived" tabs in the RSC homepage
- Modified RSC homepage text and wording for permit number in page 1 of the application
- New personal page for RSC staff created
Emergency Use Changes
- Form altered add checkboxes for the three conditions for emergency use
- Additions to the form for use of devices
- Added page error validations to the Emergency Use application
Reports
- The Aspose reports functionality was modified to automatically calculate the next report date range for monthly reports
- Fixed a bug that caused archived studies to be excluded from the Weekly Study State Change report data
General
- Integration between IRB, IACUC, IBC and RSC completed
- Meeting security model altered so can be used effectively by committees other than IRB or IACUC
