COI Form Changes: Question 6, "Has this relationship been disclosed and approved in the last 12 months?" and Question 6a, "Are you entering into a new agreement or contract with this entity?" have been removed from the RWI application. The diSClose system was updated to automatically withdraw conflict certifications under review that lack disclosures. This change removes the need for COI administrators to manually withdraw these certifications, ensuring they no longer appear on their dashboards. This functionality will run daily to handle these uncommon cases. (DEV00002388)
A new firewall upgrade from ITS was blocking diSCloser email messages from reaching their intended recipients; this problem was reported to us on 10-30-24. A support ticket was opened with ITS and the issue was resolved. (DEV00002412)
